American food writer, chicken historian and founder of Eaten magazine Emelyn Rude will come to Madrid to join The Magazine Club’s fourth talk. Eaten is a beautifully designed print magazine focused on everything food history. Three times a year a new volume is published filled with a cornucopia of old recipes, enlightening gastronomic essays, and the fascinating and forgotten tales of the people who have grown, cooked, and enjoyed all things edible over the centuries. Their contributors and readers are a cohort of passionate journalists, historians, and gastronomes eager to celebrate the past and present of what we eat.

Eaten No. 7 titled Carbs has is out now featuring pornographic pastries, forbidden couscous, psychedelic bread and tales of the grainy.
